If you cultivate a bit of earth, fertilize it, plant a seed, water it, and nurture that seed, it will grow and flourish. 

If you just throw that same seed into that same bit of earth and forget about it, the seed may or may not grow and flourish. Weeds may grow and choke it out, eventually making that plant weak and inefficient. 

As humans, we are no different than a seed. We need to cultivate our lives, plant ourselves and nurture ourselves. 

Our workshop on meditation and programming yourself will teach you simple methods of relaxation using Earth energies. We will also teach you how to "program" yourself into a more positive state of mind. Negative breeds negative and positive breeds positive. Having said that, by becoming a more positive person, you will find yourself healthier, happier and more productive. You will be better able to deal with life's ups and downs. You will teach yourself to become more self-aware and tuned in to your surroundings. Take charge of your life, learn to trust yourself, relax and listen to yourself, and believe in yourself. Workshops are limited only to the size of space you have in which to hold them. You must have enough chairs for each person to sit in comfortably. Fees include all handouts and cd.
